fafaang.com provides access to the faFaang desktop application and related services.

These services may include transcription, screenshots, AI-assisted outputs, account-based access, subscription management, and related product features.

You may be required to create an account to use some or all features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid access may be offered as recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. One-time plans do not renew automatically.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Weekly subscriptions may be cancelled to stop future renewals. Paid purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• interfere with, disrupt, or damage the service or related systems;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, systems, or data;
• copy, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use the service in a way that violates the rights of others.

You may provide information and content through the service as part of app functionality.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, and use content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.

The service may generate AI-assisted outputs.

These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using any output with your own judgment.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview outcomes, or accuracy of generated content.

All rights, title, and interest in the website, application, branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to fafaang.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service at any time if:

• you violate these Terms;
• we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse;
• payment is not completed or is later reversed; or
• suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or our legal rights.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every requirement or expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fafaang.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on fafaang.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
